Yet another busy week at our school. We had the Rippa Rugby Tournie at Ngati Toa yesterday and the domain lived up to its reputation. Wind, wind and more wind! Team one came forth in the Year 7/8 competition. We won our pool and went on to play Postgate in a thrilling, past paced game. There were a total of 17 tries scored in the game 8 to us and 9 to Postgate (in extra time). Despite our disappointment team one had a great time. Team two won one game drew a game and lost a game in their pool and team three also had great games however losing all of their games in their pool. It is always a great day when we are out of the classroom. It is just the head wind on our way back to school that kind of let us down!
